CERCLE initiative
  • This was an initiative organised by JRC. A number of groups of publicly funded national laboratories were brought together and asked to suggest how they would set up a system of scientific reference for their area of expertise. They came up with 4 reports: on nuclear energy , e-commerce , renewable energy and identifying GMOs
